Hello again! Here we are and it’s already August… and I still haven’t shared about the gorgeous lamps that I received a while back as well as the beautiful farmhouse style barstools that made our island space look complete!

I had the pleasure of working with Lamp’s Plus http://www.lampsplus.com/ and had so much fun ooooohing and awwwwwing all of their gorgeous products they have available online. I was so in love with their selection of tufted furniture, but I had to stay focused as there were a few things I knew I NEEDED. I always thought that they were just a lamp company, who knew they have sooooo much more??

Previously I had one light at top our newly chalk painted piano. I knew I really wanted two lamps and I also knew I really wanted the lamps to create more of a focal point on this piano. It’s a place where we hang out quite often and where Grace know practices the piano daily.I instantly fell in love with these beauties: http://www.lampsplus.com/products/kathy-ireland-grand-maison-grey-table-lamp__r5957.html

They arrived quickly and were in HUGE boxes well packed. I unwrapped them and realized they were even bigger in real life but oh so gorgeous!

Truly they are one of a kind and I love their curvy chunkiness. People on Instagram are always asking me where I found them, I feel so fortunate to have the two of them adorning our piano.

I had another spot in this room that needed some light. This corner with the oversized chairs is where the girls and I often read books. I went searching for a floor lamp. I also quickly ordered a floor lamp from the “Kathy Ireland” collection and love it just as much. http://www.lampsplus.com/products/kathy-ireland-grand-maison-weathered-woodland-floor-lamp__1c085.html It has the same wood grain that adds so much texture to this space. And again believe it or not it was even bigger then I had pictured. These three lamps command such attention in this space I just adore them and love how well made they are.

A while ago Adam and I had finished our island area just off the kitchen… And I had found some some barstools that I was pretty happy with. The only thing was I felt like they were too big for the space and they covered up too much of the island. I was on the hunt for three barstools that were a little bit more low profile but still embodied the beautiful farmhouse style. I found ones on their website and really liked how they combined both the wood and the rustic metal of the farmhouse style. http://www.lampsplus.com/products/radin-hammered-bronze-adjustable-height-barstool__4v966.html

I was smitten!

Again these arrived very quickly and were very well packaged… And were quite easy to put together.

Once Adam and I set them out in the new space the girls were so excited because they were new but also more importantly because they spin!! They’re super easy to clean too which I love because the girls literally live in this space. They eat their breakfast here they do art projects here: this is their favorite go to spot to hang out and play. I’ve been so happy with my selection in these barstools.

I think I have all of our lamps we need in this space, but I’ve been swooning once again at their upholstered furniture. A girl always needs another big chair right??! Thank you so much for reading along and sharing in these new pieces that I selected for our home. As always although this is a sponsored post, the experiences and opinions are my own, I love Lamp’s Plus!

Very pretty lamps…they work perfectly with your decor. We recently renovated our country lakehouse and most of our fixtures are from Lamps Plus. Great choices and prices-I’d recommend them in a heartbeat!
